-small paved parking shoulder, free, has a sign that is half
destroyed/hard to read
-park on the side of Pond Street, then walk down Pond Street and turn
left onto Ayer Road. Falls is roadside on Ayer Road
-ok in low water
-has multi-tiers
-some bugs
-can walk a trail through the forest, which is supposed to give you
additional cascade views, trail starts at parking area
-falls are mainly shaded, but the road is all sun
-debris is beginning to accumulate in parts of the falls (minimal at
this point)
-some stepping required, hill isn’t overly steep, has some rocks and
roots
-trail by falls is unmarked
