-trail starts at left corner of the lot (opposite side of lot from where
trail map sign is)
-trail has some inclines, but requires minimal stepping
-short hike
-mainly shaded
-falls are VERY water dependent, turn to nothing but a trickle without
substantial rain
-some bugs
-is a two part waterfall, has some trees/vegetation in between
-almost no debris in the falls
-trail is mainly flat with minimal rocks/roots, does get muddy in areas
-trail is unmarked but easy to follow
