-Approx 640 US-20, Chester, Massachusetts
-visited June 2017
-1 mile each way
-easy
-no bathroom
-nearby: Goldmine Brook Falls, Glendale Falls
-notes:
-big dirt parking lot marked by big roadside sign, free
-walk a flat gravel dirt road for 9/10 of hike, then take a small spur trail that has some minor roots and rocks, almost no stepping
-road/trail is not mark but incredibly easy to follow
-both portions of trail has incline/decline, road gradually gains more incline as go, but incline is minimal/ not bad, trail has slightly steeper incline/decline
-spur trail on the right is not marked/signed, but is very visible/ easy to acknowledge
-minimal buts (almost none)
-spur trail can get muddy
-waterfall has some debris in it (mainly lower portion), and is partially obstructed by growing trees (upper portion) - can't get entire waterfall visible in one photo - have to photograph the pieces
-trails are well shaded, waterfall is all sun
-would be nicer with more water, but ok in low water
-walk up waterfall for better views
-has orange salamanders
-cross over two grated- see through bridges (has some height / half missing sides)
