Crystal Cascade – NH (Waterfall)

-361 White Mountain Road (Route 16), Pinkham Grant, New Hampshire (AMC Visitors Center)
-visited June 2018

-moderate side of easy
-bathrooms
-Nearby: Jackson Falls, Glen Ellis Falls, Thompson Falls, Mount Washington
-notes:
     -big paved parking lot, free (park at AMC Visitors Center)
     -trail begins behind the visitors center
     -varies between flat dirt trail to some rocks and loose pebbles on trail, to larger rocks and roots and lots of stepping, has some stair cases built in
     -has some hills/incline
     -no trail markings but easy to follow/is wide path
     -hike is in the shade, some of the falls is in the sun which causes a lot of glare
     -small falls along the way with one fall at the end that’s about a 35?ft drop
     -has overlook to see falls with a stone wall so can’t fall
     -some foliage is beginning to grow into the falls and obstruct the view, but view is mainly unobstructed
     -can continue to hike further (up to Washington) but no more falls after last drop (with overlook)
     -seems to always have a sufficient amount of water/ looks decent
     -no debris in falls
     -minimal bugs
     -can bring dogs
