Bash Bish Falls - MA (Waterfall)

-Falls Road (Route 3 East St), Mt Washington, Massachusetts
-August 2013
-about half a mile each way
-moderate
-nearby: Racebrook Falls/Mount Everett, Monument Mountain
-notes:
     -paved parking, free
-two parking lots, one in Massachusetts (upper), one in New York (lower). Park in Mass.
-trail style and difficulty varies, some portions are flat, some is composed of man made stairs. The majority of the hike is a steep hillside of roots, rocks, and moss. The park put in a railing to assist in the steep decent. It gets very slick when it rains
-a lot of stepping is required, but the trail is short
-trail is shaded through the woods, but the falls is out in pure sunlight with no shade
-falls is approx an 80 foot plunge with a series of cascades
    -more impressive with rainfall
    -bugs are minimal
