-dirt parking lots, free
-multiple lots/places to park depending on where you want to enter. there is parking right next to the waterfall, or you can park at the other end of the Hopyard and walk through the woods to get to the falls
-very easy flat trails
-has picnic areas, and a covered bridge
-can walk along the river or through the forest
-bugs aren't bad
-some trails have steeper hills, which can lead to a vista with a limited view
