Wachusett Mountain - MA (Mountain)

-345 Mountain Road, Princeton, Massachusetts
-visited July 2011
-1.5 miles each way ???
-easy side of moderate. It is easy as mountains go, but still puts in a good workout
-bathroom at visitor center at base
-notes:
     -paved parking, free
-steep hill but fairly short trail
-some stepping required, end portion is a little bit more loose dirt and steep inclines, whereas the rest is a lot of rock
-has a building at the top
-has a pretty good view at summit, can see from all sides, have to walk around the building to get a full view, which keeps it from being a 360 view, but the building gives you a little more elevation above the trees.
-can get muddy/slick when it rains
-not too much for views on the way up
-easy as far as mountains go, but still a good workout. It is incline for the majority of the way up, but the grade and length isn't that bad.
    -dog friendly
