-Approx 70 Reservation Road, Sunderland, Massachusetts
-visited June 2016
-8? Miles round trip
-easy
-no bathroom
-nearby: Roaring Brook Falls, Gunn Brook Falls, Slatestone Brook Falls
-notes:
-dirt parking lot, free
-one end of the road is paved, other end that goes by pond is dirt, not bad but not great
-Roaring Brook Falls is along the trail
-trail isnt a lot of stepping, mostly flat, loose stones
- entire trail is an incline, with a couple short level breaks, has a good amount of grade but isnt too steep
-summit has an observation tower, which is kind of sketchy, but is the only way of acquiring a view
-view isnt bad, but have to battle the structural supports of the tower blocking/limiting portions of the view. Also trying to look over trees
-trail coming down has bigger stones and pebbles, more stepping, more incline/decline, and is open to sunlight, then eventually goes back to woods
-suggest go up Tower Road Trail and coming down Robert Frost Trail
-majority of trail is shaded
-has orange salamanders
-bugs are minimal
