-Approx. 644 S Undermountain Road (Route 41), Sheffield, Massachusetts
-visited October 2012, June 2013, June 2016 (didn't complete trip)
-1-2 miles each way
-difficult side of moderate
-no bathroom
-nearby: Mount Everett, Bash Bish Falls
-notes:
-very tiny paved parking strip on side of the road
-don't take the trail. Walk along the river/up/across the falls. The trail starts you at the river, goes out into the woods then ends at the top of the falls, making you miss everything. If you walk up the falls, will see at least 300 feet worth of falls
-very poor if no water, but very impressive after rainfall
-sadly gaining more and more debris as the years pass, which ruins the view
-last time attempted in 2016, parts of the trail were impassible
-300-600 feet of falls, being small cascades to 80-100 foot drops
-due to moisture, it is very slick and dangerous to walk up the falls, so use extreme caution, but it is well worth the view
-nice overlook over the valley at the top of the falls, but is a limited opening
-very pretty in the fall with the leaf color changing
-after hit the top of the falls, if connect with and continue on the trail, will reach the summit of Mount Everett in about a mile
