-paved parking, pay to park
-trail has some roots/rocks, but minimal stepping. Has some hills but no big inclines/declines
-has a few different trail options
-has a beach, boat launch, picnic tables
-trail is through woods so is well shaded
-bugs can get bad near the swampy areas, but gets better depending on the time of year. Summer is really bad for mosquitoes
-part of the Rail Trail runs through the Douglas State Forest. Can catch it from here and walk it for miles upon miles
-dog friendly
